Pinnacle Oysters The Paschalidis are a third-generation oyster farming family, currently training the fourth. We are a husband-and-wife farming team, with our two boys.

We farm our Sydney Rock Oysters in the pristine waters of Tuross Lake and the Narooma Sandflat.
