Can we all agree that husbands suddenly look like they’ve been left to run an entire company the moment you say:

“I’m just going to have a quick look around the market.” 😂

Then someone asks, “Which fragrance would you recommend?”

And the look on his face says, “Please come back before they ask me the difference between floral, fresh and woody.” 🤣

Please tell me your husband does this too. 😂

All jokes aside, he’s the person helping me carry boxes before the market opens, setting up every candle and diffuser, and standing beside this little dream—even when he pretends not to know the fragrance notes.

He may not have applied for the role of Lux & Co. fragrance consultant, but he’ll always be my favourite market partner. 🤍

True story… someone once asked if our candles were toxic 😅

And honestly, it’s a fair question.

We all care about what we bring into our homes — especially when it’s something we light, breathe in, and enjoy around the people we love.

But for a second, I did have to pause like…

“Do you really think I’m about to say… yes, they are, enjoy the fumes?” 😭

A little candle care goes a long way…

If your customer tells you they’ve been burning their candle from morning until bedtime, it’s the perfect chance to gently educate them.

Most people don’t realise candles are best enjoyed for around 3–4 hours at a time.

Burning for too long can cause the wax to get too hot, affect the fragrance experience, and make the candle burn less evenly.

So instead of making them feel bad, turn it into a simple care tip:

Burn slowly.
Trim your wick.
Enjoy it beautifully.
