Australian Blues and Roots Airplay Chart The Aust. Blues and Roots Airplay Chart tracks what Australian Independent Radio presenters are playing on their shows increase a listener awareness

The Australian Blues and Roots Airplay Charts were started in January 2010 and are compiled each month from what Independent Radio presenters from around Australia are playing on their shows. The chart continues to grow and has approx 40 contributing presenters from various stations around Australia...and growing! The charts create a co-operative of presenters who:
1. can inform each other of new Australian music releases
2. share information about the local artists in their area
3. promote independent/small label Australian Blues/Roots music
5. create an informal forum for discussion for presenters
6. create a collective of presenters who are willing to play independent artists
