What a weekend! 🥰
Congratulations to all our students at BDW for our wonderful performance of Aladdin! With over 500 costumes this year, and a huge amount of work from our students, teachers, sewers and helpers, I am so very proud.
From our pre-schoolies through to our advanced students, all your hard work and dedication has paid off and it gave me such joy to see each and every one of you light up the stage with your smiles and passion.
Thank you one and all for your effort to bring this performance to life in just over a term. 💚
A big, big thank you to our fabulous teaching team for your hard work, time, care and support in getting our students ready for the performance with choreography and rehearsals.
Special thanks to our sewing team for our beautiful and colourful costumes, backstage helpers, and anyone else who contributed to our performance in any way, none of this would happen without you.
Thank you to our amazing BDW families - I am so grateful for your support and community that makes our beautiful school what it is.
We'll be at the studio this afternoon cleaning and sorting through costumes from 1pm (no classes tonight). Classes as normal from Tuesday 28th October. We still have programs available for purchase and some students didn't pick up their flowers and bookmarks, so make sure you pick them up. 💕
