Bastet - fierce lioness warrior goddess of the Sun and eye of Ra.

I love that she was coaxed back from her fury, not commanded with the beauty of music, with dancing with stories and b**r.

She's known as a protector of homes, families, women and children. All things we hold dear at The Packing Shed.

We keep the doors wide open for inclusivity for whoever comes and want to provide something good when they walk in.

Pennylane Sweet Shoppe open tonight for all the sweet things you may care to spoil yourself with — conveniently next door from curry night at Mr Foster’s.

Think of it as a balanced evening: something wholesome and spiced, then something entirely necessary and wonderful to treat your sweet tooth. With a favourite beverage in between. (BYO drinks and a liquid holding vessel that suits your choice)

A small and thoroughly civilised bit of hedonism.

Letting go now and then is its own kind of good health.
