Delicate white and pastels into the large arch, arch table clock and Xmas ornament. All the flowers dried beautifully and it was a delight working with Amy on her order.

Quick tip/note:
Flowers change colour in silica sand because moisture loss causes organic pigments to break down and oxidise.

Now, let’s hope for better weather so I can start pouring again. 🤞

Losing your furbaby isn’t easy.

Meet Jaxx, a 14 year old Siberian Husky x German Shepherd. Tamara contacted me the day before she had to make the hardest decision to put him to sleep as he was really sick.

This is not my first time working with pet hair (I made a pendant with horse hair 6years ago when I first started), but it was my first time working with dog hair. And after knowing the story, I got really emotional as I can’t imagine losing my furbaby.

Hope this brings happy memories of Jaxx to you and your family.
