If you haven't tried this beautiful Cacao from the stallholder yet you should make sure you go and say hi on Sunday ! Located along the waterfront in detail details on how to prepare below How to Prepare Your Cacao .:.
The amount of cacao you have in each cup or recipe should always be determined by what you need. Maybe it's energy for the day, pain or a good nights sleep. There is a special number for all you need.

𖦹 Start by weighing your cacao and adding to a mug.
𖦹 Add in your favourite sweetener and spices.
𖦹 Pour in boiling water and use a milk frother or blender until it’s silky, rich, and creamy. Alternatively you might want to slow things down and slowly stir the cacao over a low-med heat stove or use a blender.
𖦹 Sip slowly and enjoy.

Avoca_Markets celebrates Plastic Free July® this Sunday and as part of our 1Coast - NSW Central Coast Waste & Recycling Services and Sea Shepherd Australia clean up day from 9am.
Come join local eclectic, Curious Creators ~ Natalie & Jasmin, to learn how to make your own flower-crowns made from both foraged and locally purchased flowers, with native foilage.

These flower wreathes look absolutely incredible hanging in your home or car when you aren’t wearing them on your heads!

All materials provided but flowers or decorative elements from home are also very welcome.

All ages, abilities and skill levels welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

We look forward to creating with you and a huge thanks to 1Coast - NSW Central Coast Waste & Recycling Services for supporting this event initiative and sustainable education ❤️

Avoca_Markets is so proud to partner again with 1Coast - NSW Central Coast Waste & Recycling Services - NSW Central Coast Waste & Recycling Services and Sea Shepherd Australia Australia for our annual Plastic Free July® Avoca Clean Up Day as part of Avoca Beachside Markets Sunday 26th of July from 9am. 1Coast - NSW Central Coast Waste & Recycling Services will be onsite for the day also with their community education awareness teams for some great interactive chats and Sea Shepherd Australia for merchandise and marine campaign awareness. Bring your family down for a free breakfast from 8.30am and event registration details and more can be found on the QR code on the flyer.
