Interesting fact, I milled this timber back in 2018 as a move to test some plantation grown timber. I have made a few frames out of it and it comes up amazing.

Making up some custom timber shadow frames for original paintings. These will be displayed at the Surf Art Exhibition starting this Friday evening in Margaret River. The black frames are ebonised jarrah and I love how you can still see the timber grain. The lighter frames are marri timber with all the different grains and colours. Can't wait to see them hanging at the Surt Art Exhibition along with a few other artists.

One of the best things about solid timber frames is the custom mouldings you can create. This client want to mount their mosaic tiles in a marri frame with a thin face. Can't wait to see all the tiles framed.
