We are thrilled to receive three new works from J E S S I C A O L P P

Jessica Olpp is a Melbourne-based visual artist whose work reflects a quiet lyricism and deep appreciation for stillness. Raised among the bushlands of Warrandyte and having lived and worked in France, Jessica brings an introspective and poetic quality to her paintings.

Rather than focusing on precise detail, she seeks to capture a feeling—allowing mood, memory and atmosphere to emerge through restrained compositions and a subtle, refined use of colour.

We are delighted to share these new works and look forward to welcoming you to experience them in the gallery.

Sunday 7 June at 5:30 pm ellipsis presents an evening of colourful and evocative works for clarinet, violin, and piano in SKETCHES.

The program includes established works for piano trio by Francis Poulenc and Aram Khachaturian, as well as contemporary compositions by Australian composers, creating a fascinating blend between past and present. Sketches also includes the world premiere of ‘Staring Into Mundanity’, a piece for clarinet and piano composed by Alex Aidt.
