Another great kids birthday party yesterday in Armadale. 👍🎂🐍🦎
The best part, as we don't have a time limit, was the amount of kids and adults alike, came out of their comfort zone and held some of our reptiles. 🐍🦎
The stand outs were the young birthday girl ending the day by holding all 4 of our big female carpet pythons at the same time, looking like a young Medusa. 💖🐍🐍🐍🐍
Another one was a very shy girl of around 10/11 yrs old.
When she arrived with her mum and sister, we offered her to touch/hold a stimmie/children's python.
She gave a very definite "no thank you". 😃
We never ever force any reptiles onto anyone. It has to come from them to want to hold something.
Eventually she held a small python and progressed to slightly bigger snakes, to holding our beautiful big black headed python at the end. 💖🐍
Unfortunately not photos.
We never ever take photos or videos of the kids, as we leave that up to the pare m to, etc.
We occasionally get permission, but make sure their faces are not visible, like the one of the birthday girl in the comments. 👍🐍🦎
