I’ve started drawing less on procreate at the market 😂
Honestly, it’s easier to just do it by hand than explain every five minutes that it’s not AI-generated 😭✍️

And somehow the people who ask “Is this AI?” are usually the ones who were never going to buy anyway 😂 But they always need to ask.

I’ll probably be joining the Victorian Night Market quite often from now on.
Can’t believe I’ve been drawing caricature for so many years already.

My favorite drawing board has slowly changed
from its original wood color
to almost completely black, stained by layers of marker ink.

It looks a bit worn and messy now,
but it’s been with me through so much
and it’s still my favorite.

Also, I’ll have a small exhibition in early May.
It won’t be caricatures this time, but other works.

I won’t be at the market for the next ~3 weeks, so this Sunday is my last one for a bit .Next week, I’ll still be trading on Tuesday & Saturday ,come say hi if you’re around!

Drove past Murray art museum in Albury with another caricaturist friend.

We did a 1-minute speed sketch of each other.
He’s my friend ,and I realized I’ve never really check his face😅.

I really like this museum ,the receptionist is very friendly lady .

I’ve spent years around “fine art,” but I still feel confused ,when I stand in front of a piece and I feel nothing ,no emotion no tension .But then I read the description,it’s fully written that self analysis,philosophy and search themselves.

Some works from Sunday.
Started painting watercolor landscapes and Australia animals again after drawing caricatures for so long ,almost forgot I studied watercolor for 7 years back in university over ten years ago😅
