Introducing The Performers Workshop...

The Performers Workshop is a holiday intensive designed for dancers, acrobats, and students aged 8 years+ from a wide range of movement-based disciplines — including non-studio students (please enquire if you have a mature younger student interested).

Perfect for those involved in cheerleading, gymnastics, calisthenics, physie, and similar activities, this workshop focuses on developing strong, versatile and well-conditioned performers in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Students will train in reformer & mat Pilates, strength and technique, movement skills like extensions, kicks and jumps, acrobatic skills and strength & flexibility sessions, to improve control, body awareness, performance quality, mobility and overall athletic ability both on and off the stage.

Our students value our drills get the skills mindset, and see the pathway towards their goals skills. The level of safety and training puts parents at ease that children can test their physical limits in such supported environment.
