It's been a while!

After a 7-year hiatus in performing in Rio Carnival, I returned this year as a Passista for the very first time for one of Rio's top Samba schools, Vila Isabel!

Brazilian Fitness

Gold Coast
Thursdays 6.30-7.20pm
Brazilian Funk Fitness

Inspired by the infectious sounds and street culture of Rio de Janeiro, this class blends Brazilian Funk dance, strength training and cardio fitness to create a fun, effective workout that will leave you feeling energised and empowered.
