📣 That’s a wrap! 💥
After 10 long years we have finally wrapped up Black Tie Photobooths..
We have sold the equipment and are now focusing on our other business
We have loved being apart of so many wonderful events, birthdays, weddings and more weddings.
Thank you to everyone who has supported Black Tie Photobooths and continues to support us ❤️

Hi Amazing People who still follow our Photobooth business.
I’m sorry we haven’t posted much in the last year or even 18months.
I thought it would be best to upload a heap of photos of what Felicity and myself(Philip) have been doing the last 18months and why we may have been a bit slack in posting here.
Some stuff we can’t post but i hope the photo reel gives you an idea of our busy lives.

Long post ahead.

18months when the fires started. As a volunteer Firefighter I spent as many days as possible doing what I could to help protect homes and the environment.
We then got the opportunity to launch a 2nd business which turned into Scoops and Candy Milkbar and Lollishop. This was August to December 2019.
We did a lot of the work ourselves and spent many hours in the shop doing construction and painting and then setting up the shop. Alongside doing every Photobooth job we had to our best ability.
We watched as Covid starting surging and we were starting to get ready to open a new business in Lismore.
We watched as Restrictions kicked in and we lost the ability to do Photobooths and talked to clients about their postponement details.
While that happened our Retail store started exceeding expectations and Felicity jumped on Tiktok and opened our online website/store for Scoops and Candy. This jump to online proved even more successful forcing our time away from the booths even more.
2020 was a year like no other. Bad news in the family to good news with the businesses. It’s been one hell of a ride to say the least.

So please forgive us if we didn’t respond to your emails or if we were very late to responding. We did drop the ball a little bit last year because life just wanted to be selfish and want a lot of attention.

If you’ve made it this far thank you for reading this. Thank you for your support and know that Black Tie Photobooths is still here and still 110% dedicated to looking after our clients. It’s been great getting into a few bookings this year and as things ease more, it will be great to get back to full business operations.

Earlier this year I spoke to some ladies at to help give some tips on being a lady in the boothing business. It was an incredible chance to pass on some wisdom to other ladies in the Photobooth industry. I was joined by boss babe Kiefa from .kombi we were both a little out of our comfort zone but it was such a great morning!
