🧘 NEW PROGRAM ALERT — TAI CHI IS HERE!

We are thrilled to launch our new Tai Chi program at ASYCC — every Saturday, 11:15 am to 12:00 pm in Higgins Hall, led by our wonderful volunteer Eunice Lee.

This one is for our 50+ community — come along, move at your own pace, and enjoy the company! 🌿

We are so excited to announce TAI CHI is coming to ASYCC this June! 🎉

This gentle, low-impact exercise is perfect for men and women aged 50 and above. No experience needed — just come along, move at your own pace, and enjoy the company of your community!
