At Express Property Solutions, we work closely with real estate agents, home owners, investors and tenants to take the stress of preparing their property for new occupancy or sale. We often explain our business as being a "one stop shop" because it only takes a phone call to us and we will deal with all that needs to be done
on your property. If we can't do a task ourselves, we have handpicked experienced plumbers, electricians and other qualified trades people to do those jobs. At Express Property Solutions we pride ourselves on our attention to detail, excellent communication with clients and commitment to get the job done in a short time frame. We value our relationships with the real estate agencies we work with, and recognise the importance of getting the work sorted quickly to ensure properties are ready for new tenants or inspection. We work closely with agencies to handle emergencies that arise, and can advise and organise specialised tradespeople in the event the work must be carried out by someone else.
