Connecting like-minded people who are interested in creating the life they want intuitively through the arts, positivity, spirituality, nature and healthy habits. Art therapy is a very powerful tool for tapping into your own intuition and working through testing life situations and mental health issues. Art therapy involves using materials to make artworks that help you explore the issues in your life that you would like to change or improve. Instead of being focused on a final product, or creating a masterpiece; it’s the process of creating that is important and it’s through working with different art materials that new ideas thoughts and feelings arise about the issue that you are working on. Many people may be concerned about not being good at art when they first arrive but please don’t worry. The Art Therapist is NOT there to judge or interpret your artwork, but to facilitate through a psychological framework and help you find your own meaning. Intucreate's page is a platform for connecting like-minded people who are interested in creating the life they want intuitively through the arts, positivity, spirituality, nature and healthy habits. As Intucreate is a community, this page is dedicated to sharing ideas, thoughts, positivity, creations, entertainment and so much more! Please feel free to post things on the page that you feel are relevant and if it's an image I will add it to one of the albums for everyone to enjoy! Rather than just having a bunch of random quotes and images spread out all over the wall, I have also created albums with different themes so it makes them easy to find.
