Not sure if you know but SA Tourism are making a crowd sourced film called Capture Mad March. We're asking anyone who is out during Fringe, WOMAD, Clipsal and Festival to upload short 10 second videos to our website - then we'll make a big online crowd sourced film at the end of it all.
