This is your hour of sensual and sassy fun!

We recommend ankle boots for beginners, or a wide secure heel. Once you develop core strength and balance, you can move up to a dance stilletto. 👠 Bring sneakers for warmup.👟

This class is designed for beginners or people returning to dance again after a break. Our studio is a safe and welcoming environment 🧡

This is a mixed level class, and steps can be modified to suit the level of each student. Some experience in Tap is recommended.

INTER HEELS 👠

Learn the style that has taken the world by storm! 

Heels class is a combination of Jazz, Hip Hop and sensual Burlesque, with a hint of attitude. 💋

Each Wednesday, the wonderful will take you through a warm-up, technique, and choreography, finishing with a stretch & cool down.

Although more experienced Heels dancers wear stilettos, it's fine to start with a low heel, ankle boot, or chorus shoes.

This class welcomes dancers with a minimum of 3 years of training. We also run Beginner and Advanced Heels classes!

Class includes a warmup, technique exercises including kicks, turns & jumps, choreography, and finishes off with a stretch/cool down.
