Meena De Silva is a Sri Lankan-Australian pop/RnB artist with a strong classical foundation, influenced by the likes of Rihanna, Kehlani and Naรฏka. Meena writes, records, and performs her music at various venues in Adelaide, blessing audiences with her warm keys and sweetened vocals, and is often joined onstage by her 5-piece band made up of Adelaideโ€™s finest. Following her performances at WOMADelaide and OzAsia Festival in 2025, Meena was named a Finalist for the 2025 SA Music Awardsโ€™ Best Soul/Funk/RnB Peopleโ€™s Choice Award. She is currently an Artist in the 2026 Nexus Arts Interplay Program.

For the first time ever, THIS SEPTEMBER, NSS, Carclew, Base 10 and Charles Sturt Council are joining forces to run the last HOLIDAY BANDS of 2026 ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿค˜

This program is running from Sunday 27th - October 1st, for ages 13-17 with an end of program gig at the GOV, WOOHOO!!!
