Missing Rouge this Fringe?

Check out a brilliant show by ex-Rouge singer - Wonderfully Terrible Things is sexy, sassy and funny. With original music by Christine herself, singing, playing keys, sharing stories and being sassy as hell, accompanied by a team of sexy and talented friends. It’s a fun night out if you like your shows risque and edgy (and you loved Rouge so we know you do!).

Missing Rouge ahead of the Adelaide Fringe season this year?

You can get a little taste of the action in Matinasty - a special matinee show hosted by Highwire Entertainment, the creative force between Rouge as well as Primal, Shake It, The Defiant, Rebel and many more! With excerpts from multiple shows, Rouge will have a little cameo (or two) so you can get your fill there!

Rouge might have retired, but did you know she has a younger sister?

PRIMAL, by the same team from Rouge, is about to open in the State Theatre in Perth for a two week season, and then returning to Adelaide for a month in Gluttony!

Tickets are on sale for both seasons now and selling fast!

And that’s officially a wrap on Rouge! Thanks for giving us our send-off Bairnsdale!

Thanks to all the amazing audiences who have joined us over the years all over the world - London, Edinburgh, Rome, Taranaki, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra, Sydney, Port Douglas, Barwon Heads, Alice Springs, Portland, Mackay, Townsville, Narrogin, Ayr, Charters Towers, Hughenden, Hamilton, Horsham - many of these places more than once, and no doubt others that we’ve missed here on the list (please remind us!)

We still have a little bit of Rouge merch available, and now it’s special limited edition! Get in touch if you want a hoodie or a unicorn tee before everything wraps up for good!

Want one, final, piece of Rouge?

One last hurrah, out in regional VIC, two shows only. The very last shows, booked in before we decided to wind everything up, and a gorgeous little way to finish out the run. Only a three hour drive from Melbourne, so for any of our die hard Melbourne fans, it’s doable if you want it bad enough!

Hoodies now only $50 (from $70) tees only $25 (from $40) plus postage (or collect them from Melbourne or from the gig!). Our first 10 merch orders will also get a handwritten thank you pic of the team! PM us to order one of our final pieces of what will soon be history!

Aaaaaand we have come to the end… tonight, Sunday 23rd March, will be Rouge’s last performance.

To celebrate we have some extra artists joining us. We have a couple of brand new acts just for a bit of extra fun. So come and have a laugh, and maybe even a cry (maybe that’ll just be us) as we say goodbye, with thanks for being such an incredible home away from home for us.

Rouge is back on stage tonight after a well earned rest day, and we welcome our fourth guest act! This week it is Seth Scheuner joining us! Performing in Rouge back in 2021 and again last year for our winter season in Glenelg, Seth is a stunning artist and will be performing his gorgeous aerial hoop routine created specifically for Rouge.

This week only, catch Seth on the Rouge stage until Sunday 16th March!

Each week at the Adelaide Fringe we will have one incredible guest act in Rouge. A returning Rouge artist from years gone by, to celebrate our EIGHTH year at Adelaide Fringe. And our LAST season in Adelaide!

This week our special guest artist is Duo Maddy & Liam performing their perch act! Maddy and Liam toured with Rouge in 2019 including a season in Edinburgh! Their unique perch act is spectacular and beautiful and we are thrilled to have it on stage in Rouge this week!

These pics are a TASTE of what you’ll get in our very special ONE TIME ONLY fundraising show: AN AFTERNOON DELIGHT!

It’s a matinee mash up of some of our favourite acts from the adult Highwire shows here at Adelaide Fringe this year, with acts from Rouge, Primal, Shake It, plus a cameo from The Defiant, Rouge Goes Rogue, all hosted by Minnie Andrews from Shake It and Papillon fame!

We’re actually not sure how we are going to fit all of this into one hour!

This might be one of the most exciting line up shows of the entire festival, AND it’s a fundraiser- cos arts funding isn’t a thing so we’ve gotta keep our business alive! PLUS there are three ticket price points so you can choose how much you think the show is worth or how much you can afford to pay.

Our next guest artist is the wonderful Felicia Lannan! Felicia performed in Rouge back in 2021 for a tour of Queensland and has graced the Rouge Goes Rogue stages in Adelaide as well. She performs on a Wheel, and we are so excited to have her in the show this week!

No show tonight (Wednesday 26th) but you can catch her from the 27th Feb - 2nd March!
