Hello everyone,

AUFS is proud to be collaborating with the Adelaide Latin American Film Festival to bring you three weeks of movies from across the Americas in our very own Union Cinema!

The very first screening of the festival is this Wednesday 5:30pm, A World For Julius!

See the story of a young aristocrat whose world slowly crumbles apart in 1940s Peru.

On Thursday 5:30pm, we have Son of the Bride!

The story of a very Argentinian mid life crisis, and the reuniting of two long lost friends.

Then on Friday 5:30pm, we’ll screen Basic Sanitation, the Movie.

A film inside a film, where a small Brazilian town makes a trashy B-Movie to raise money for a new sewer system.

And on Saturday there will be a double feature. Maikol Yordan 2: La Cura Lejana 3:00pm and Desconectados 2: Reconectados.

Remember the screenings are free, but to guarantee a seat please register below!

This week we’ve got an AUFS premiere!

PURE SCUM an indie crime movie coming straight from Naarm and onto the Union Cinema screen.

After graduating from high school, do you remember your first night on the town?

However bad it was, it’s nothing compared to what goes on in PURE SCUM!
