Ever wondered what happens to your sugar levels from an hour of Zumba? Mine sometimes drop very quickly!

As a Type 1 diabetic I generally manage my levels quite well but some days are not quite so good (see below). If you ever catch me munching during class, it's probably on a sugar tablet to bring my sugar level up!
