For the first time ever, we’re thrilled to welcome one of Australia’s favourite chefs, Miguel Maestre, to CheeseFest 2026!

Known for his infectious energy, big personality and serious love of good food, Miguel will take over the RAA Cooking Demonstration Stage on Saturday 17 October.

Expect plenty of laughs, incredible local produce and, naturally, a whole lot of cheese!
