Hey Team!

All FIT and BJJ classes wont be going ahead tomorrow due to the Synergy Pro Round Robin Competition. Our Kickboxing, Boxing and Hot Yoga classes will go ahead as usual.

No classes will run on Monday, due to the Public Holiday. We will open up the gym from 10am-12pm for a free open mat. All are welcome to attend.

After recently being hacked, we’ve officially regained access to our Facebook account. We apologise for any confusion, strange posts, or inconvenience caused while the account was compromised.

Internal comps are back in 2026!

This event is the perfect opportunity for white belts to experience a competition environment before jumping into an actual competition.

This internal comp is strictly limited to white belts who train out of Arruda Team Trinity MMA, Team Balboa & Atlas Martial Arts.

Registration link is in our bio. Rego's close 19th of Feb. Please do not rock up without registering, we will not be accepting on the day sign ups like last time.

Entrants are encouraged to join our 11am BJJ class to get a warm up in before competing.
