Hey Team!

All FIT and BJJ classes wont be going ahead tomorrow due to the Synergy Pro Round Robin Competition. Our Kickboxing, Boxing and Hot Yoga classes will go ahead as usual.

No classes will run on Monday, due to the Public Holiday. We will open up the gym from 10am-12pm for a free open mat. All are welcome to attend.

We are back! 🔐

After recently being hacked, we’ve officially regained access to our Facebook account. We apologise for any confusion, strange posts, or inconvenience caused while the account was compromised.

The good news:

✅ We’re back in control
✅ There will be no more Korean drama reels flooding your feed (sorry to those who got emotionally invested. Episode 12 was crazy hey!)😂
