Celebrate the World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development with us at Nexus Arts.

Join us for an afternoon of conversation, connection and reflection with culturally diverse artists, arts workers, organisations, researchers, community members and allies as we come together to explore care, advocacy and cultural diversity in the arts.

We’ll hear a short presentation from Dr Boram Lee and Joe Alexander from Music in Exile, followed by an open community discussion, including space to reflect on the 2026 Australian Cultural Policy Review before submissions close on 24 May.

We’re inviting First Nations and culturally and linguistically diverse artists across all art forms to apply for the DreamBIG Festival Residency at Nexus Arts, a chance to develop and present new performance works, workshops or participatory experiences for audiences aged 12–18.
