🌟 Fancy Making Monday Evenings the Best Part of Your Week?

Every Monday evening during school term, something pretty special happens in our studios. Children aged 5 to 12 walk through the door and for the next few hours they sing, act, dance and discover things about themselves they never knew. That's the Theatre Bugs magic.

We've been doing this for over 25 years across Adelaide, and right now we're searching for two experienced and talented Performing Arts Teachers to be part of it. One position at Norwood, one at Golden Grove.

The role runs Monday evenings only, from 4.15pm to 7.30pm during school terms. You'll teach our signature Combo Classes, blending acting, singing and dancing into one dynamic session. No two classes are the same. No two kids are the same. And that's what makes it so rewarding.

Our team is genuinely one of the best things about working here. Supportive, positive, and passionate about what they do. We celebrate each other and we look out for each other.

A great big CONGRATULATIONS to Theatre Bugs & Adelaide Theatre Academy teacher, Gracie Greenrod who, along with her co-producer Immi Beattie, has received the annual Adelaide Critics Circle Award for Emerging Artists of the Year.

The Adelaide Critics Circle Award are amongst the most important in the Adelaide Theatre landscape and we are both proud and thrilled for Gracie.

The award was received in recognition of Funk Soul Productions show “The Guy Who Didn’t Like Musicals”.

Theatre Bugs & Adelaide Theatre Academy is seeking a Dance Teacher. Classes are in Norwood on Mondays from 5.30pm - 8.30pm. For the right person, there are additional Musical Theatre classes on Tuesdays from 3.45pm - 5.30pm, and school holiday program opportunities.
