I am an installation artist:video, sound, performance, cabaret, and drawing.I choose to look at "othering";seeking to embolden their voices, particularly those aspects that affect myself and most of us.I do this by unlearning embodied conditionings.

Now that meet me where I am at is open (go see it Wed-Sat 11-4) I have been updating my website (which is so long overdue). Hag-ia was huge! And she has not been forgotten. Along with this massive endeavour came a parallel work that I truly treasure; an essay by (for anyone who knows her they know she is a treasure too). Reading the words a writer says about your work is an emotional experience and I am so grateful for these words now recorded in perpetuity on my website. Please read it here. I would love to hear your thoughts whether you attended or not, I think this will give you great insight into what the work was about. Thank you Melinda for your enduring support.https://www.tarshacameron.com/post/hag-ia-2024-2025-essay-by-melinda-rackham -ia

It’s such a thrill for me to be playing this role in a most attuned project to the concepts within my current works. The compositions, soundscapes, conversations are narratives most of us relate to and yet infrequently discuss. I am so proud of the team at Dead Darling Theatre for going there, and once you have immersed yourself in this evocative work i have no doubt you will feel the same. So i am looking forward to taking you on a journey with us in this most important work :)
