Sundays private painting event was very wholesome! Geoffs daughter organised for him and his grandchildren to come to the studio as a birthday gift. Geoff told me it had been 30 years since he held a paint brush, so it felt extra special to provide him an opportunity to reignite his creative spark!
We began with the theme of abstract Picasso-inspired portraits where everyone could paint their own interpretation of Geoff, and after sharing some ideas and techniques everyone came up with a design that worked for them. Some went more abstract and others went more realistic, but every piece told a story of memories, love and connection. What a lovely thing to do with family, thanks for being such wonderful guests 🎨❤️✨
