Platform Production performers create their own mini-show, backed by live musicians and mentored by industry professionals. Many past artists have gone on to tour, win awards, launch ep's, and create full-length festival shows. This year’s cohort is just beginning that journey -designing the seeds of future gigs, cabarets, and creative careers.

This year’s cohort is just beginning that journey - with guidance, workshops, and portfolio support along the way from industry professionals. Set in the intimate Warehouse Theatre, audiences can relax with great wine and enjoy a vibrant evening of a Brief Encounter of music, artistry, and creative discovery.

Nearly one Australian woman is killed each week. One in four Australian women have experienced emotional abuse. One in six have experienced physical or sexual violence.

Selkie is a gripping two-hander that reimagines an ancient Celtic myth through a feminist, contemporary lens. At once lyrical and brutal, it examines consent, ownership, and the suffocating weight of assimilation. Both domestic love story and allegory of oppression, the play pulls audiences into a claustrophobic world where safety and freedom are in constant tension.

Blending myth, dark humour, and raw intimacy, Selkie resonates with urgent relevance. It speaks to anyone who has felt trapped, silenced, or othered, holding up a mirror to the ways we repress, exploit, and cage those we claim to love.

'Sabra' is a compelling one-woman play that delves into the complex emotional landscape of migration, identity, and family. Written and performed by Netta Yashchin and directed by Asnat Zibil, the production brings to life the story of Zhenia, a recent immigrant from the USSR in the 1970s. A mother of three, Zhenia shares her inner world with humor, honesty, and vivid authenticity, navigating hardship, hope, and her evolving relationship with her teenage daughter, Fania.

Based on the true memories of the actress.

Pony tells the story of Hazel, a thirty-something reality TV superfan who has fallen pregnant and is completely unprepared for it. It's crass, crude and a little bit rude. Writer Eloise Snape turns that sainthood of motherhood well and truely on its head.
