🌈 A rainbow baby is a name coined for a healthy baby born after losing a baby due to miscarriage, infant loss, stillbirth, or neonatal death.
The name “rainbow baby” comes from the idea of a rainbow appearing in the sky after a storm, or after a dark and turbulent time.

I worked with my client to come up with the exact thing she wanted for this piece and I think it turned out beautifully 😍

A few months ago a friend and I were asked to lead a class about 'how to make a good marriage great' at a women's conference.
I laughed when first asked but really enjoyed studying and researching for this topic. Several times we made reference to marriage being like a plant or a garden that constantly needs to be tended to, so it can keep growing and looking beautiful.

Each of the attendees received this print with the words "nurture your marriage and watch it grow" written below. 🌹🌺🌻🌷 I love this little reminder that sits framed in the living room on my piano 🥰

A couple of my favourite quotes from the class...

Our Great Puppa passed away recently. His funeral is next week. Although he was 93, we weren't expecting him to go anytime soon so that was hard, especially for his darling wife.

It's hard to lose someone close but the knowledge that we will see each other again and can be together forever is something I couldn't imagine being without and am so grateful for 🥰😇
