Those blue tape marks on the floor aren’t decoration.

They’re the play boundary for each headset, allowing participants to walk, turn and explore freely while sharing the same virtual experience.

At the Australian Space Forum, we used our International Space Station program to demonstrate how immersive learning can transform the classroom. Instead of reading about space, educators were able to step inside it and experience firsthand how VR can turn a lesson into something students genuinely remember.

We felt incredibly privileged to be part of such an inspiring event, sharing our technology with educators and contributing to the conversation around the future of education here in South Australia.

What if you could step inside the lesson?

We recently showcased AXR Education at the Australian Space Forum, introducing educators and the wider space community to a different way of learning.

Our focus was on our space programs and how FreeRoam VR can turn a lesson into an experience students can explore, interact with and remember.

For educators, it creates a unique way to teach complex subjects while keeping students engaged and excited to learn.

It was incredible to demonstrate the technology firsthand and be part of South Australia’s amazing space and education community.

Over the weekend, Adelaide XR Lounge hosted an incredible fundraiser for Insight Global Health Group
, a student-run global health charity at the University of Adelaide.

For the event, we introduced the group to our first augmented reality experience, using the real world as the canvas for the game.

Everyone had an absolute blast, and we’re now exploring bringing this technology into the venue permanently.
