Bella's Pole Studio Adamstown and Morisset Two locations - Adamstown and Morisset. We combine a perfect mix of strengthening, toning, stretching and cardio, all for a phenomenal full body workout.

Bella's Pole Studio offers pole dancing classes, aerial silks and lyra classes, acrobatics and strengthening classes, hens parties, team building events, birthday parties and private lessons at its beautiful dance studios in Morisset, in the Lake Macquarie area and Adamstown, right near Newcastle. The Morisset studio is easily located off the F3 Freeway and the Adamstown studio is only 10 minutes

from Newcastle CBD. Students can enjoy the art of pole dancing and aerial arts in air-conditioned and fully carpeted premises that has ample parking. We promise a safe, friendly, non-sexual environment with NO spectators or nudity. About the instructors: With a combined 20 years of pole dance experience, Bella's Pole Studio Instructors are well versed in the art of pole dancing. Instructors have competed in national and state-based competitions, performed and continue to perform in showcases around Australia. Furthermore, instructors have been technically trained in all forms of dance and aerial arts for several years including Jazz, Classical Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Gymnastics, Acrobatics, Aerial Tissu (Silks) and Lyra (Hoop).

Carnivale Showcase is a stage designed for everyone to perform and have fun in a supportive environment. This allows all performers to showcase their talents in front of a crowd and judges. There is no pressure of competition, but there are still prizes to be won!
