I am an Aboriginal artist from the historical mining town called Mt Morgan. I am a descendant of Jetamarla and Kanolu and my traditional ancestral country is traced throughout the central region of Queensland, Australia that stems from Taroom into Woorabinda, across Duaringa, stretching along the great Mackenzie river extending into the Yaamba Forest that leads into Marlborough. My art expresses m

y passion for country, spirituality and politics by incorporating both a traditional and contemporary approach to demonstrate my cultural responsibility, to abide by the beliefs and traditions of my people, to obey the wisdom of my elders and to share the stories of our Dreaming. Storytelling, land mark, dots, leaves and totem representation feature prominently in my artworks offering a unique interpretation of Aboriginal connection to each other and our profound spiritual connection to our land, Mother Earth.
