🎬 Behind the scenes 🎬

Hi, my name is Ann-Sophie. Since last September, I have been part of the Doppelmayr After Sales team in our head office in Wolfurt, Austria.

Our most important task, or rather our goal, is the satisfaction of our customers. We achieve this both with spare parts and with various maintenance work.

In general, we try to provide the best possible support for all aspects of the systems. I work remotely but also on-site to document and check the various work processes and to get feedback from the workers.

In my next post, I will take you with me. Stay tuned. 🌟

Love Luton Run Fest 💖
Last Sunday there was the yearly Love Luton Run Fest, where some of our employees also participate as part of the Luton Council team. The charity event is to raise money for good causes. This year the donation was for the Curry Kitchen. The Curry Kitchen provides meals every week for those in Luton who need it. Our employee Amanda was really impressed by the spirit. “The weather held up, and again, it was a massive turn out of the local community supporting, volunteering, and taking part in the run fest with high spirits all round.“ ⭐

DCC goes Mexico! 🌎🚡

We have some very exciting news to share: In collaboration with Doppelmayr México, we will operate the new Cablebús Línea 3 in Mexico City!

After an approximate mobilization phase of seven months, starting this summer, we will operate and maintain the system over a period of one year.

Next to the technical operation and maintenance of the system, we will also take care of the passengers and the station to optimize the customer journey. ✨

- Capacity: 102,000 passengers per day

Update: Sterling Aerial Gondola 🚠

It’s been more than three months since we have started the operation 🦺 of the Sterling Aerial Gondola. Since the launch in October, the dedicated team has demonstrated full commitment.

Facing the difficulties of a brief mobilization phase, the entire team worked tirelessly to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills. The intense training showed the team's adaptability, resilience, and dedication.

All of them will continue to do everything to provide excellent service and visitors with unforgettable experiences. 💚
