IRT Avizent Smersh from ¤ SkirmShop ¤

Ok so I have to admit something I have never liked a smersh until this one. I have used a few over the years and never particularly got on with them for various reasons. I always found them a tiny bit awkward and wasn't that keen on the way they look (new gen sso smersh's). I also found them a tad to bulky.

This is a IRT clone of the older gen avizent sposn smershs. It is slightly more compact than say the sso molle smersh or even the standard new gen smersh's. It's super easy to set up so it fits you perfectly as well which is a big plus and you can set it up in a variety of different ways to suit how you want to carry your kit.

The material is very strong and looks as if it can take a fair bit of abuse but only time will tell that. The colours of the fabric are possibly a tiny bit off but then again most reference images people have or if they are comparing them side by side to the real ones aren't taking into account the age of the real ones and the fact that they will have faded over time but I can't say for sure either way as I don't own any of the original fabric to compare them.

The buckles are also really nice as they are almost a carabiner style of fastening for the shoulder straps which makes it really easy to set up or change around in the field.

The entire package contains 2 quad AK mag pouches that have a flare pouch on each, a medic pouch, a butt pack, shoulder straps, wide belt, belt and 2 buckles to lock it all down. With all of those pouches you can happily carry 8 mags plus one in the gun for a day in comfort so its perfect for milsims or if you don't want to always be rearming after each game at walk on events. I would suggest you get a radio pouch with this as it doesn't come with one, so if you like to work as a team and use your comms a lot you will need one.

Now onto skirmshop.nl. What can I say, their communication is fantastic and the shipping is lightening fast! They posted on a Friday and I received the package on Monday afternoon!!! that is insane and i can't rate their service highly enough. They are definitely worth checking out.
