The exhibition ‚TECHNOSENSUAL: where fashion meets technology‛ presents electronic textiles and wearable technologies created by international haute tech couture designers. Curated by Anouk Wipprecht, the exhibition will open on June 14 at 20:00 at freiraum quartier21 INTERNATIONAL to kick off the 'MQ Summer of Fashion'. wn. “TECHNOSENSUAL. where fashion meets technology” proves that intelligent fashion has long gone beyond being a vision of the future. The designers and artists participating in the exhibition (some of them staying at the MuseumsQuartier as artists-in-residence) predominantly come from the Netherlands. Their designs, prototypes, and collections move in a creative triangular constellation involving fashion, human beings, and machines. The use of modern technologies expands these contemporary designs – not only optically, but also in terms of function. TECHNOSENSUAL is an interactive exhibition accompanied by lectures, performances, and workshops and represents a highlight of the Summer of Fashion at the MQ, a complex-wide program dedicated to the various aspects of fashion from June to September. Fashion exhibitions in the summer are already a tradition at freiraum quartier21 INTERNATIONAL. In this, the tenth exhibition since the inception of the series, you can experience how much of the future (of fashion) is happening in the here and now. The exhibition is part of the quartier21 exhibition series freiraum quartier21 INTERNATIONAL in cooperation with the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs, the Dutch Embassy in Austria, the Mondriaan Foundation (NL), and other partners from Austria and abroad. where fashion meets technology Jun 15-Sep 2, daily, 10:00-19:00, free admission. 綜合報導正在奧地利維也納舉辦的Technosensual展，推出多款結合時裝與電子科技的另類時裝，令人拍案叫絕！展品中的「DareDroid」雞尾酒女侍服，將酒袋和喉管變成服裝的一部分，頸上感應器一察覺有人靠近，就會自動在胸前的杯子裡倒一杯雞尾酒招待客人。而一條叫「親密2.0」的裙子，會隨心跳速度變色，心跳越快越透明。異曲同工的「Bubelle」彩光裙，則透過心跳呼吸等感應器測知穿者的心情，並藉裙內的微型投影器，發出不同顏色的光影展現心情。此外，一款名為「Taiknam」的帽子，由裝有馬達的羽毛裝飾而成，當察覺電波的流動，馬達便會調整羽毛方向，提醒使用者注意環境中的電磁輻射變化。
