Young ladies and gentlemen’s committee begins to form.
107 ensigns have been admitted to the new 1st class of the Theresian Military Academy.
This new year they will have their first major public appearance as a dancer in the Young ladies and gentlemen's committee as part of the opening ceremony of the Officers' Ball 2020.

Between 1902 and 1905 W***y Elmayer attended the Theresianische Military Academy (Theresianische Militärakademie) in Wiener Neustadt, where - without his knowledge - the foundation stone was laid for his later career.

Die Offiziere des Österreichischen Bundesheeres und die Absolventenvereinigung Alt-Neustadt erlaubten sich, geziemend zum Ball der Offiziere (Alt-Neustädter Ball) am 18. Jänner 2019 in die Festräume der Wiener Hofburg einzuladen.

Dobrodošli u Austriju!
🇭🇷 Croatia as a guest at the Officers Ball. 16 Cadets (8 male and 8 female) of the Croatian Military Academy will strengthen the Young Women and Young Men's Committee at the opening Ceremony. In addition to the rehearsals, they also visited the Military Academy in Wiener Neustadt, the Military History Museum and the Croatian Embassy.

Yesterday in the afternoon, a Royal Air Force aircraft from Oman landed on Vienna International Airport in Schwechat with 71 military musicians. Together with the Austrian Honor Guards Music Band they will train in the next few days, prepare a still secret performance and play for you at the the Officers' Ball on Friday.
