My new mural is 4 m high, 11 m wide. It all happened thanks to wonderful people behind who gathered 4 artists to paint a special wall during pride month - celebrating FLINTA artists - feeling power in q***r joy, daring to be yourself, taking up space and addressing the important topic of consent. The Russian saying “тише воды, ниже травы” means “quieter than water, lower than grass”—describing someone who stays unnoticed, avoids conflict, and keeps a low profile. This painting is the opposite of the idea of blending in. It’s about embracing visibility, standing out, and being unapologetically authentic.
Take up space, and never shrink yourself to make others comfortable. Don’t afraid to be seen.
Also I love how subconsciously I choose to paint a snake, while being lower than grass and quite than water, when noticed it makes an unforgettable impression.

New prints! Do you ever have a feeling that there is no spark in life? I caught this mood the other day, but then i did these drawings, wrote a poem and the spark was back. Art is my way of feeling alive and having meaning. What are your ways?

My love letter to my home and most favorite city in the world: Wien. I am grateful for all the connections and coincidences you gave me — every meaningful encounters and people that are with me still, some stayed shorter, and even those that had a very short duration in my life. I am shaped by every each of them.

That one period of my life when i haven’t eaten french fries for years because i thought it would make me fat. (What a sad period of my life). But then i started and it was… wow 🤯🍟french fries - what a magical food. In fact, i just ate french fries 🤤

1) yes, i was hungry when drawing it
2) yes i do think about food a lot, chairs - for sitting and eating, cups for drinking tea with milk and eating sweets
