Rent an artist Austria brings emerging artists closer together with companies interested in arts. The artist gets the chance to discover a new working environment and seek inspiration. A collaboration of artists and businesses will be established, in which new art products and ideas are created. At the same time the artist can inspire the company with solving problems, or creating new concepts and

partnerships. The project aims to bridge creativity and productivity in a modern cultural environment, thus supporting not only the emerging artists to grow by interaction but also making the business world more flexible in communication and initiation. Rent an artist Austria führt junge KünstlerInnen und kunstinteressierte Unternehmen mit ihren kreativen Potenzialen zusammen. Die Idee ist es, Künstler im Rahmen einer Artist residency direkt an ein Unternehmen zu führen. Es kommt zum kreativen Austausch zwischen dem Künstler und den Mitarbeitern sowie zur inhaltlichen Auseinandersetzung mit dem Unternehmen. Der Künstler erhält die Möglichkeit einen Alltag zu entdecken, der ausserhalb der gewohnten Arbeitsweisen und Methoden stattfindet. Die Präsenz des Künstlers in einem Unternehmen soll Synergien freisetzen, die Kreativität und Produktivität am Arbeitsplatz fördern, inspirieren und Stress mindern.
