I was lucky enough to have spent a good bit of time with Captain Don…On more than one occasion, he kept me up all night with stories of the circus and fishing and god knows what else. If you know, you know…Performer, musician, actor, writer, painter. A true renaissance man. RIP
I was also lucky enough to get his “portrait” tattooed by in his beautiful shop . Thanks for everything brother. Real tattoos by real tattooers. All the best.

This one was made for love… not money…and I managed to hand deliver it after what seemed like a James Bond style suspense thriller on the streets of Dublin. 😂 Draco was an extraordinary dog and you know it because this was the first and last time I ever paint a dog…and no, it’s not supposed to be realistic…that’s what photos are for. 😂
Acrylic and ink on Arches paper. Don’t bark at the ghosts.

Coming soon on Amazon Prime!!!… and myself star in a new series called GATEKEEPER …in which we build a homemade Time Machine and travel back to the past to keep people from getting bad tattoos from so called “professional artists”. Of course, we have to deal with the butterfly effect as we return to the present and all the unforeseen problems it presents. Stay tuned!!

Haven’t seen me at your local pub? Probably because I’ve been in the shop everyday since 2026 came into being.

Sometimes I get asked why I don’t do my drawings on an ipad…I actually do from time to time and am reminded why I don’t. Nothing wrong with it (you do you)…but tattoos are made by humans on humans. I want that “warm analogue” vibe…wabisabi all day. Not to mention the eraser crumbs…
