Ukrainian wheat fields 🌾
Around 350 000 hectares of fields are in the occupied regions of Ukraine.
Not only the war doesn’t allow using all the fields for planting wheat, in some areas the fields being mined by russians (how sick is that?!!), but also russians deliberately shell fields to set them on fire.
Look at these photos - shared by Ukraine Now channel in the last month - think of the scale of damage and the strategy of a weak mean aggressor: being weaker in fights, he bombs civilians and uses gas as a weapon and now creates food crisis. Not in Ukraine.
According to comments of an American official recent turmoil in Sri Lanka has smth to do with the food shortage artificially created by russia.
Today, in less than 24h after signing an agreement with the support of UN for exporting Ukrainian grain (Ukraine has 20 million tons of grain to supply), russia bombed Odessa port. The place from which grain should have been exported. Some part of grain for export was stored there.
Rage. Disgust. Anger. Pain.
Just to name a few emotions which come with this news.
To anyone still mentioning “peace talks” with this inadequate aggressor: pay attention to the facts. Whatever agreement one reaches with russians, it doesn’t worth a broken coin.
Have you seen any sign of adequacy in respect of the russian state in the past 5 months? Or even longer?
