✨ New Group — Teen Ballet (Ages 12–14)
We’ve opened a dedicated group for teenagers aged 12 to 14 — classical ballet taught properly, in the Vaganova method with warm atmosphere and attention to details.🤍
This group is designed for girls who already have some ballet experience. Previous training is preferred, so that everyone can grow together at the right level and truly progress.
Just genuine, beautiful ballet, in small groups where every dancer is seen.

Ballet Zero. Your true first step into classical ballet.
Real ballet cannot be rushed. Ballet Zero is the honest, proper way in, built on real technique from the very first day.
This course is for you if you have never done ballet, you are returning after a long break, or you have tried it but never truly understood it, and you want to enter it properly before joining a regular Beginner class.
Twice a week we build the two foundations of classical ballet. On Tuesday, Floor Barre: work on the floor, where we open the turnout, point the feet and teach the body proper alignment, gently and safely. On Saturday, the barre: how to stand, the names of the movements, the order of a class, your first plié, tendu and port de bras.
By the end of the course you will be perfectly ready to step into our Beginner classes with confidence.
A small group. Only 8 spots! No experience needed.

Once a week, in small groups, we guide you through the gentlest and most considered first rise onto pointe: foot strength, correct alignment, and a safe, controlled ascent. Without strain, without rush - only real ballet, taught with care.
