Ballet Set Light is our complete beginner programme for adults: three classes across two evenings a week, built to start you in ballet the correct way, from the ground up.

The week:
Tuesday · 19:00 — Floor-Barre
Thursday · 19:00 — Ballet Barre
· 20:00 — Stretching & splits
Three disciplines, one foundation. Floor-Barre to build strength and alignment on the floor, Ballet Barre to set true classical technique at the barre, and Stretching to open the body and work toward your splits.

Everything you need to begin ballet properly, in the right order, in a group kept to eight.
