Let’s meet at the Fanzineist Vienna Party! 🎉

Join us for an all-night celebration where music, zines, and community come together on the dance floor. 🖤

Expect a live rap performance, DJs, zines, the Fanzineist food stall, and pizza from Celeste. 🍕📚

From funk and afrobeat to cumbia, electronica, techno and psychedelic sounds — the night moves across genres and energies without stopping. 🔊

Fanzineist Vienna is taking over the city! ❤️‍🔥📚

You can now spot Fanzineist Vienna Art Book & Zine Fair posters across more than 80 billboards throughout Vienna’s 23 districts 🏙️ In addition, over 200 posters are spread across cultural spaces, streets, independent venues, and digital screens at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna 🎨🖨️✨

The posters are not only visible in Vienna, but also in nearby cities such as Wiener Neustadt 🚉📍 appearing in central public locations.

If you come across a Fanzineist poster somewhere in the city, don’t forget to tag us 👀📸💥

Meet some of the fantastic creators and exhibitors from last years fair! 📖❤️

Sun 16 Zine () is a self-produced publishing project, born from the idea of conveying and adapting photographic projects to a typographic sixteenth, the standard size used to test books and magazines. It is structured as a series of fanzines with the same technical characteristics (16 pages, 17x24 format, staple binding), but the difference lies in the story that is told. One story, sixteen pages, infinite issues.

Deniz Beşer (.beser) is a Vienna and Istanbul-based visual artist, curator, and independent publisher working across painting, drawing, zines, artist books, music, video, and ready-mades. He is the founder of Fanzineist Vienna Art Book & Zine Fair, co-founder of Heyt be! Fanzin, and co-founder & president of Analog Dialog, a Vienna-based art association.

📚 Fanzineist Vienna is a yearly gathering dedicated to independent publishing, bringing together artists, zinesters, publishers, collectives, galleries, art spaces, and bookshops from around the world.

Artizine works with zines as tools for storytelling and collective expression, and hosts one of the UK’s most active regular zine-making communities. Material Grrrlz is a publishing platform and community celebrating maximalist DIY craft and feminist fashion cultures. Karolina is a multidisciplinary artist working with jewellery and print through slow, tactile processes shaped by folklore.
