Presented as an interactive 3D virtual gallery, the exhibition offers artists, publishers, and independent collectives a dedicated space to showcase their publications online 🎨📖✨

Visitors can freely navigate the virtual space, zoom into details, explore the works closely, and access additional information about the publications and their makers. The platform also allows direct connection with exhibitors for selected purchases 🖱️🔍

Designed both as an exhibition and a discovery platform, it brings together a wide range of independent printed matter from different contexts and practices 📚✨

Yesterday, Fanzineist Vienna Art Book & Zine Fair came to an end ❤️
It was truly special to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Fanzineist together with all of you.🕺🪩💃🎂

Our videographer prepared a special recap video from Sunday, featuring artist & publisher stands, concerts, workshops, talks, and many beautiful moments from the fair.

A huge thank you to all the artists, publishers, musicians, workshop hosts, speakers, our team members, volunteers, partners and more than 5000 visitors who joined us this year and made Fanzineist Vienna such a special experience.✨📚

Day 2 at Fanzineist Vienna Art Book & Zine Fair was full of beautiful moments, new encounters and incredible energy. ❤️
Huge thanks to everyone who visited, exhibited, performed, shared their work and spent time with us throughout the weekend.

Today is the final day of the fair!
We are open from 12:00–19:00 with artists, zines, art books, prints, independent publishers and more.

We are three artists based in Bologna, Lara Leru, Cecilia Valagussa and Liz Van Der Null. We share our studio practice at CheckPoint Charly. We have different styles and techniques such as printmaking, xilo, illustration, diy pinmaking and comics.

Komikaze / Ivana Armanini ( )
Komikaze is a DIY comics platform from Zagreb, Croatia, a webzine, fanzine and shared state of unconsciousness. Led by artist Ivana Armanini since 2002, it publishes experimental, feminist and politically radical comics.

Andromache Kokkinou ()
Andromache Kokkinou is a Greek writer, zinester, and workshop facilitator working across experimental writing, perzines, collage, and DIY publishing. Her practice moves between personal narrative, visual poetry, speculative fragments, and participatory zine-making, often exploring memory, identity, fandom, and symbolic thinking

Burning Desk ()
Burning Desk is a Rotterdam based illustrator & small publisher making works about life and humans. With a love for (visual) books and zines she’s publishing about themes that deserve more attention. Her goal is to start an open conversation about sensitive subjects and to gain world peace of course!

Charlotte Hornung ()
Charlotte Hornung (she/her) is a visual printmaking artist living in Berlin. In her work, she experiments with manual printmaking techniques in order to cause visual errors and irregularities. In times of an increasing amount of AI generated artistic artefacts, she searches for an “aesthetic of roughness” (“Ästhetik der Raue”) created by manipulated printing techniques, especially with screenprinting and stencilcut printing. It is a continuous process of unlearning.

RUMBIA is a Vienna-based multicultural band blending Peruvian psychedelic cumbia with salsa, Latin jazz, and contemporary tropical sounds. Formed by musicians from Latin America and Europe, the group reinterprets traditional cumbia through an energetic and contemporary lens. Their live performances are driven by hypnotic percussion, vibrant electric guitars, and an irresistible connection to the dance floor.

🔹 DJ Ojos Indios ()
DJ and MC Ojos Indios, originally from Bogotá, Colombia, blends Amazonian sounds with cumbia-hop and Latin rhythms. Her sets channel resistance, collective energy, empowerment, and freedom through rhythm and movement.

🔹 DJ Ironica Los Culos ()
With two decades of sonic rebellion shaped between Brazil and Vienna, Ironica Los Culos crafts explosive genre-crossing sets moving through Baile Funk, Gqom, Jersey Club, Jungle, Juke, Kuduro, Batida, and Neo Perreo. Her performances are intense, physical, and deeply dance-floor driven.
