Hi all, I am teaching an online Advent Asanas Yoga class tonight via Zoom.

From the comfort of your own home, Taught in English, 45 minutes of a gentle yoga flow to calm down at this wonderful yet overwhelming time of year.
Class will be recorded and available to use over the holiday season.
