NSAA-Präsident Michael Reitzell und Stefan Kleinlercher (Leiter Messen Congress Messe Innsbruck), nutzten die kürzlich stattgefundene NSAA National Convention & Tradeshow in Carlsbad, CA, für einen konstruktiven Austausch. 💬🤝

Im Fokus stand die Vertiefung der seit über 15 Jahren bestehenden Zusammenarbeit zwischen der National Ski Areas Association und der INTERALPIN. Beide freuen sich bereits auf ein Wiedersehen bei der NSAA 2027 in Amelia Island, FL, sowie auf der INTERALPIN 2027 in Innsbruck.🚠🏞️

Die INTERALPIN gratuliert herzlich dem Fachverband Seilbahnen Österreichs der WKO zu „100 Jahre Seilbahnen – vom Transportanbieter zum modernen Dienstleister“! 🎉

Im Rahmen der Österreichischen Seilbahntagung 2026 in Wien wurde gemeinsam mit Obmann NR Franz Hörl und GF Dr. Erik Wolf ein beeindruckender Blick zurück auf die Erfolgsgeschichte der österreichischen Seilbahnen geworfen. Seit der Eröffnung der ersten Seilbahn auf den Wiener Hausberg Rax im Jahr 1926 hat sich Österreich als Innovationsmotor und wirtschaftliches Vorbild in der Branche etabliert.

Besonders inspirierend war die Keynote von Sabine Hübner („Erlebnis Seilbahn. Service macht den Unterschied“) sowie die spannenden Sessions, moderiert von Richard Bauer, die sich mit dem modernen Besuchserlebnis am Berg auseinandersetzten.

Dr. Erik Wolf wurde zudem nach 40 Jahren an der geschäftsführenden Spitze des Fachverbandes in den Ruhestand verabschiedet und würdevoll für sein Lebenswerk geehrt.

Die Veranstaltung wurde von der ehemaligen ÖSV-Skirennläuferin und Weltmeisterin Alexandra Meissnitzer charmant moderiert.

Als Highlight und perfekte Fotokulisse dienten die historische Eventlocation „Orangerie“ des Schlosses Schönbrunn sowie eine nostalgische Gondel von Doppelmayr Group und ein modernes Modell in Jubiläums-Edition.

Wir freuen uns schon darauf, die Österreichische Seilbahntagung 2027 im Rahmen der Weltleitmesse INTERALPIN in Innsbruck willkommen zu heißen! 🚡✨

The INTERALPIN warmly congratulates the Austrian Cable Car Association (WKO) on "100 Years of Cable Cars – From Transport Provider to Modern Service Innovator"! 🎉

At the Austrian Cable Car Conference 2026 in Vienna, Obmann NR Franz Hörl and CEO Dr. Erik Wolf joined forces to reflect on the remarkable history of Austrian cable cars. Since the opening of the first cable car on Vienna's local mountain, Rax, in 1926, Austria has become a global leader in innovation and economic impact within the industry.

The keynote by Sabine Hübner ("Cable Car Experience. Service Makes the Difference") provided inspiring insights, complemented by engaging sessions moderated by Richard Bauer, focusing on modern mountain visitor experiences.

Dr. Erik Wolf was also honored for his lifetime achievements as he retired after 40 years of leading the Austrian Cable Car Association as its CEO.

The event was elegantly hosted by former ÖSV ski racer and world champion Alexandra Meissnitzer.

The historic "Orangerie" at Schönbrunn Palace, along with a nostalgic Doppelmayr gondola and a modern anniversary edition model, served as stunning backdrops for the occasion.
