Basic settings of Headstand (Sirshasana)

In the last post in the pictures I explained the headstand pose. Today's video shows a couple of important things.

🔹What does "lock your elbows" means??? 👀
To lock the elbows means:
move both elbows towards each other a couple of centimeters, then slide along the base to return them again to the starting position, so that the skin of the elbow clings to the floor.

🔹In Headstand the body weight SHOULD NOT be only concentrated on the cervical spine, but distributed in such a way, that when you press your elbows to the floor, you should feel as if you are standing only on your elbows and stretching your whole body upwards.
You press the floor with your elbows and shoulders all the time!

nächste Woche kommt das Repertoire: 👇
Aerial Pole und Pole Dance Schnupperstunde.

Kurzinfo:
Pole Dance ist sowohl bei der weiblichen als auch bei der männlichen Bevölkerung zu einem Trend geworden.
Diese Disziplin stärkt den Körper, insbesondere die Arme, Bauchmuskulatur, Schultern, Arme und Rücken. Akrobatik und Tanz hängen eng zusammen und am Ende des Trainings entspannen und dehnen wir uns.

Es gibt auch eine AERIAL POLE (Fliegende Stange) im Angebot, mal was anderes, das heißt, die Stange wird nicht im Boden befestigt, sondern an der Decke befestigt.

▶️Du benötigst:
- Sportgewand: am besten 1 T-Shirt / Sport BH; 1 kurze Hose
- 1 Handtuch
- 1 Trinkflasche

Achtung ❗️❗️
- Einige Zeit vor der Schnuppereinheit keine Creme oder Bodylotion auftragen > erhöhte Rutschgefahr!
- Keinen Schmuck und keine Armbänder während des Kurses tragen!
- Treffpunkt ist spätestens 10 Minuten vor Kursbeginn im Studio
