Bands aus Schweden gehören zum Erntedrunkfest wie ein Hot Dog zum Ikea Besuch.

In diesem Jahr gibt es deshalb geballte Thrash Metal Power von TYRANEX aus Stockholm. Mit ihrem klassischen, vom 80er-Thrash inspirierten Sound und einer modernen, aggressiven Note haben sich Tyranex längst einen festen Platz in der internationalen Szene erspielt. Auf ihrem aktuellen Album "Reasons for the Slaughter" wird eindrucksvoll gezeigt wie mitreißend, unbändig, und räudig Thrash Metal sein kann. Skål!

Weil es beim letzten Mal so schön war und wir einfach nicht genug von Thrash und Heavy Metal bekommen können, gibt es diesen Monat nochmal ein Schmankerl für die Grazer Szene!

Dieses Mal laden euch Battlecreek ein, mit ihnen in den Ring zu steigen – aber passt auf, dass es euch nicht so geht wie in ihrem Banger-Song: “Knock Out In The First Round”!
Local Support kommt von Cold Whisper.

Als besondere Überraschung wird es aus dem Heavy-Metal-Bereich einen “special guest” als Headliner geben, der kurz vor der Veranstaltung angekündigt wird.
So viel sei gesagt: Auch sie sind in Graz keine Unbekannten und ihr solltet dieses Event auf keinen Fall verpassen!

⚔️ Battlecreek (DE):
Thrash Metal, Schnaitsee

Battlecreek aus dem Münchner Raum liefern seit 2004 kompromisslosen Thrash Metal mit der Wucht des deutschen Sounds und der Dynamik der Bay Area. Mit ihrem aktuellen Album Maze of the Mind (2024) setzen die vier Thrasher ihre Reise fort: kompromisslos, energiegeladen und mit spürbarer Spielfreude. Die Band teilte bereits die Bühne mit Größen wie Testament, Exodus, S***m, Tankard, Power Trip oder Angelus Apatrida und war Teil internationaler Tourneen und Festivals. Battlecreek stehen für schweißtreibende Liveshows, messerscharfe Riffs und ungebremsten Enthusiasmus – dokumentiert unter anderem im Film Total Thrash (2022).

Mit verspieltem “Melodic Thrash”, angelehnt an legendäre Szenegrößen wie Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax oder Testament, aber auch von moderne Sounds von Trivium und Lamb Of God, garantieren aus Straubing Nackenbrecher-Riffs, ohne dabei je eintönig zu werden!
