2 days ago I had severe food poisoning and ended up in the hospital, almost unconscious.

I’m really grateful to the doctors who reacted quickly and got me back on my feet.

Now I’m home, recovering, and learning to appreciate the simple things again. Hugging my kids, breathing calmly, and just being here.

I guess sometimes life stops us so suddenly to remind us how much we actually have.
