Today we are proud to present you a workshop held by Gianni DI PILLO, Professor at the Sapienza Università di Roma and CEO of Actorventure SRL, together with Marcello Mancarella, Sabanet Software Developer and Angelo Pascadopoli, Sabanet Software and Business Intelligence Developer.

The title of their workshop is ➡️ 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗔 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿.

📝 “In the first part of the workshop, we’ll create a small datamart from raw data using the ETL software. In the second part of the workshop, partecipants will use operations research's tools to manage a truckload optimization problem. After a brief introduction about the chance to build an entire decision-making process pipeline based on mathematical models, we will analyze a real-life scenario in a step-by-step process which aims to find the optimal strategy for goods transportation.

Moreover, we will talk about the case study of Actor, a start-up of the 'La Sapienza' University of Rome that provides services for the design and management of complex systems.”
